The group study visit from Christian Care Foundation for Children with Disabilities in Thailand together with Hand of Hope (Hhc), Disabilities Development  Services Program (DDSP) and Komar Pika Foundation (KPE) from Cambodia visited Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities  in order  to learn and exchange knowledge and experiences on social welfare services and the implementation on children with disabilities in Thailand on 21st April 2015 between 09.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
